Generally, the length of the factory where the insulating glass processing equipment is installed has certain requirements. Generally, it needs at least 20 meters. Because the insulating glass production line is relatively long, each section is connected by a straight line and cannot be turned in the middle. The plant should have three-wire four-wire power supply with air source and 380V/220V (50Hz) AC power supply, that is, three-phase fire line, one phase zero line; solid concrete floor; industrial tap water source, drainage ditch, clean and dust-free site.
Insulating glass processing equipment debugging method:
1. Place the insulating glass production line lightly on the installation position and correctly position the position of each section of the production line.
2, the body leveling. Adjust the height of the leveling bolt on the base of the machine so that the conveying roller and the supporting nylon wheel support surface are equal. The backing wheel on the inclined frame is coplanar, the segments are relatively parallel, and then the nut is locked.
3. Tighten the parts to be connected between the sections and connect the drive chain from the feeding section to the cleaning and drying section. Place the fan and water tank correctly, and connect the air duct and water pipe according to the waterway and airway system diagram.
4. Thoroughly check whether all the fastener joints of the machine are loosened due to transportation vibration and tightened one by one (especially whether the connection of each terminal is loose).
5. The grounding wire is a soft copper-yellow-green insulated wire with a cross-sectional area of not less than 4 mm2, and the grounding resistance is not more than 4 ohms.
6. Turn on the air source, check whether the pipeline is unobstructed, whether there is any damage, and the air source pressure requires 0.6~0.8Mpa.
7. Turn on the power supply and test whether the rotation direction of each motor is correct. Whether the drive sprocket of each section is flexible and stable.
8, the machine is clean, finishing the working area.
